Shipping Methods

Delivery within Poland. Preparing the works for shipment takes 1–3 business days. I send all parcels by courier.

Costs: depend on the size of the painting and the delivery country.
Delivery time: 1–7 business days.

Payment Methods

Payment for ordered paintings is made by bank transfer to the Seller's account, the details of which are provided in e-mail correspondence.

Ordering a painting via auction portals and online galleries

You can also order a painting through auction portals and online galleries. For a purchase via this route, please get in touch by e-mail — I'll be happy to point you to the available platforms and help finalize the order.

Returns

You may return an unused product that shows no signs of use whatsoever — you have 14 days from receiving your order.

To make a return, send the parcel to: Danuta Kozak, ul. Narcyzowa 5/84, 81-653 Gdynia, Poland. Note: return. Include a note in the parcel with your contact details and the account number to which you want the refund sent.
